The set is an all-in-one training kit of Kegel exercisers for progressive pelvic floor strengthening. You can change the weights for variable resistance to match the right exercise level for your existing strength.
Included in this set are four aluminum balls, two lighter gold ones and two heavier blue ones with the weight printed on the side for convenience. Also included are silicone collars to hold the balls in place and to give you an easy retrieval cord.
Each ball also has an internal ball that rolls and rocks around with motion, creating a pleasingly rumbly sensation that reminds you to do a few clenches.
