Female Ejaculation: Fact or Fiction

Female ejaculation, or squirting, is hotly debated in certain circles. Female ejaculation is the expulsion of fluid from the vagina or the glands outside the vagina before and during orgasm. Many think the phenomenon is not real, and the fluid is coital incontinence. While coital incontinence can seem similar, the two occurrences are very different.
One reason for the debate about the truth of female ejaculation is the fact that few studies have been done. The methodology of the studies have been inconsistent and the sample sizes have been low, making a medical consensus hard to come by. Most studies have focused on the nature of the fluid, mainly if it contains urine. The origin of the fluid is also in debate. Most studies site the paraurethral ducts or the Skene's gland. Both of these structures are located near the urethra, outside of the vaginal opening.
The reporting rates of women experiencing ejaculation varies wildly from study to study. This adds to the doubt cast on the phenomenon.
Regardless of the reliability of medical studies or reports, many women have had this experience. Female ejaculation can occur before or during a particularly intense orgasm. The gush of fluid which accompanies the orgasm is generally around 1-2 ounces. Most women, when experiencing ejaculation for the first time, might be confused and think they emptied their bladder, called coital incontinence. While there may be some urine, most of the fluid is not. Unfortunately, this confusion can lead to women feeling uncomfortable or even embarrassed by female ejaculation. Learning more about it and learning the methods by which female ejaculation happens can demystify it. Because it is grounded in pleasure, women and their partners should embrace female ejaculation, mess and all.
If you want to experience female ejaculation, there are ways to make it more likely to happen for you.
G-Spot stimulation.
The G-Spot is a small area of wrinkly skin inside the vagina. It can usually be found by inserting a finger and curling the finger in a "come here" gesture. G-Spot stimulation toys are fantastic for achieving a G-Spot orgasm. Check out Badd Kitty for the type that will work for you.
Woman on top.
Sex with the woman on top, whether forward facing or reverse cowgirl, can aid in the more intense orgasm related to female ejaculation. Anecdotally, reverse cowgirl seems to be the right angle to stimulate the kind of orgasm related to female ejaculation.
Be comfortable.
The more comfortable and free you are with your sexual pleasure, the more likely you are to achieve female ejaculation. Letting yourself embrace and fully enjoy your pleasure will let that pleasure grow. Get in touch with what you like and express your preferences to your partner or partners.
Whether or not you experience female ejaculation, you should embrace the many ways your body reacts to sexual pleasure. Learning about your response to sexual activity and how to deepen your and your partner’s pleasure is important to your sex life and your overall quality of life.
