What CBD body care is
CBD topicals are creams, balms and oils that contain cannabidiol, a compound extracted from hemp, blended into a skin-care base. They are applied to the skin rather than taken by mouth and are used the way any rich massage cream is used: rubbed into shoulders, back, hips or feet. CBD products are not intoxicating, and we make no claims about what they do beyond moisturising and feeling good on skin.

How to use a CBD cream
Warm a small amount between your hands and work it into the skin with slow pressure, the same way you would a massage cream. It layers well under a massage oil for longer glide, and is a natural fit for aftercare following impact play or a long session. Keep it away from the eyes and off intimate mucous membranes unless the label says otherwise; for internal use choose a lube made for it.
