How to use a wand massager

1. Start on the lowest setting and over a layer of fabric (underwear or a sheet). Wands are strong, and fabric spreads the sensation.
2. Let the weight do the work. Rest the head on the body and move it in slow circles instead of pressing hard.
3. Move or pause if you go numb. Shift the head to a new spot, lower the speed or take a short break.

• Water: splashproof is not the same as waterproof. The Classique (IPX6) and Mini Micro (IPX5) handle a shower but should not be submerged. The Le Wand Dive ($169.95) is fully waterproof. Never use a wand near water while it is plugged in.
